Artillería, ordenanza: Se resuelve la consulta dirigida por el Gobierno Supremo acerca de la existencia de aquella en la parte respectiva al Juzgado privativo de este cuerpo y en la que concierne al modo y reglas para la provisión de plazas de sus jefes y oficiales disponiendo que debe cesar el juzgado privativo del cuerpo de artillería, que los juicios de éste se sujeten a las mismas reglas y orden que se observan en las causas respectivas, mientras se dà la ley orgánica y se establece el modo de proceder en los delitos de pura disciplina
