Title
Proposición del Poder Ejecutivo a la Convención Nacional Constituyente, sobre Proyecto que el envía sobre reformas al Código de Procedimientos, en siete artículos. Pasado a la Cámara de Senadores, dictamino esta de conformidad, y en segundo debate lo pasó a la Comisión de Justicia para dictaminar, la que también manifestó su entera conformidad, y que debía aprobarse;- y el Senado por unanimidad de votos en tercer debate, aprobó tal proyecto íntegro-emitiendo el DECRETO N° 1. de 4. de marzo de 1870 que con la sanción del Poder Ejecutivo, se enviaron dos copias, una a la Cámara de Representantes y la otra a la Cámara de Senadores, que obran el expediente.
