Title
Municipal de Barva. El Mando Político Superior en nota enviada al Ayuntamiento de ese lugar, le comunica el envío de un oficio impreso, un manifiesto del Capitán General de Guatemala y un oficio del Jefe Político de León, acompañado un bando de la Exa Diputación Provincial, todos los cuales tratan sobre la independencia. Asimismo, hace del conocimiento de ésta que los Ayuntamientos de Cartago, San José y la Villa de Heredia, acordaron por unanimidad de votos en acta plena que esta Provincia quede sujeta en todo a la de León; en vista de lo cual esa Corporación debe resolver lo que crea más conveniente, remitiendo a este Mando, copia certificada del Acta
