Presenta algunas manchas a lo interno del empaste y a la orilla de las páginas por motivo de humedad. En el empaste del libro y en la portada dice 1982-1986 pero lo correcto es 1982-1985. La mayoría de los folios no se logran apreciar bien, por lo que no se puede evidenciar su consecutivo. Entre un acta y otra hay mucha diferencia en la cantidad de folios.
