Title
Informe con que el Poder Ejecutivo envía al Consejo un expediente promovido en la Factoría de Tabacos solicitando que el Gobierno resuelva si debe o no permitirse la libre introducción, y expendio en el Estado, del tabaco Copán. El Ejecutivo hace presentes diversas razones que aconsejan la negativa, señalando entre ellas el grave perjuicio que resultaría para la renta con la importación del nuevo artículo, pues éste haría la competencia al tabaco del país y al Iztepeque. Termina pidiendo dictamen al Consejo para resolver lo más conveniente
