Title
Cartago Casa de Reclusión: Decreto de la Asamblea Constitucional en que se revoca el acuerdo del Poder Ejecutivo que creó aquella para mujeres prostitutas, debiendo hacer que en todas las cabeceras de partido se dividan las cárceles públicas para hombres y mujeres. Las prostitutas escandalosas, viciosas y vagas serán destinadas a los puertos de Caldera y Matina. Una vez comprobada su mala conducta y la casa que ocupa el citado establecimiento correccional, será devuelta a sus dueños. Hizo a lo último objeción el Ejecutivo, sin oponerse a la sanción
