Se encuentran faltantes el Acta 34 y el 39. En actas 35, 38 y 40 falta firma de Guido Sibaja representante del Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad. Mediante oficio SETENA-SG-0875-2024 publicado en la Gaceta 163 del miércoles 04 de septiembre 2024 se le solicita al señor Mendoza presentarse a la Secretaría Técnica Nacional Ambiental para temas administrativos y legales de suma importancia, ya que no se cuenta con otro medio de contacto. Por tal motivo, se genera el SETENA-SG-1212-2024 justificando que no fue posible obtener dicha firma.
