Title
Proposición presentada por el Diputado don Alejandro Aguilar, al Congreso Constitucional de la República de Costa Rica, se prohiba a los Médicos tener Botica por su cuenta, aplicándose por el Poder Ejecutivo la ley existente en tal sentido, por las razones en que se funda. La Comisión respectiva dió su dictamen favorable, acompañando un Proyecto de Decreto; y leido que fué se aprobó acordándose pasarlo junto con la Proposición al Poder Ejecutivo, para que resuelva lo conveniente. No hubo más trámite.
