Calvo Rafael del Carmen: El Ministerio General del Gobierno informa al Secretario del consejo que el Ejecutivo convocó el Cuerpo Conservador a una reunión antes de la instalación de la Legislatura que no se llevó a cabo por ausencia y enfermedad del Presidente, en tal virtud se dirigió una comunicación a los tres consejeros que se encontraban en esta ciudad, para que se presentaran en la Sala del Consejo a formar cuerpo. No se verificó la reunión por enfermedad. El Ejecutivo acordó repetir de nuevo su instancia para citar al Consejero Felix Bonilla y los suplentes Camilo Mora y Presbítero aquel para nombrar el Presidente, para que continúe fungiendo el Poder Conservador en las actuales sesiones de la Legislatura
