Title
Benavides Bernardo: El 21 de mayo de 1928 el Diputado Bernardo Benavides propuso al Congreso la creación de la Secretaría de Agricultura, publicado en La Gaceta Nº117 de 26 de mayo de 1928. Con Decreto Legislativo Nº33 de 27 de junio de 1928, sancionado por el Poder Ejecutivo el 2 de julio de 1928, se aprobó dicha disposición, estableciéndose además que dicha Secretaría de Estado debería estar adscrita y por lo menos durante los cuatro primeros años de su funcionamiento, a cualesquiera de las otras ya existentes.
