Acta de la sesión número 76, Artículo número 5, Acuerdo número 1: revocar el acuerdo tomado por el Consejo de Gobierno, que consta en el artículo sexto del acta de la sesión ordinaria número 75, celebrada el 09 de enero del 2008, mediante el cual se conoció la renuncia de Luis Alberto Soto Gómez, representante del Comité Olímpico Nacional, como miembro del Consejo Nacional del Deporte y la Recreación. Solictar a Maristella Vaccari Gil, Secretaria General del Consejo de Gobierno que el oficio SGCG-MVG-050-2008 de 08 de enero de 2008, debe considerarse sin efecto. Remitir al Ministerio Público fotocopia certificada de los documentos a que se ha hecho referencia y certificación del presente acuerdo. Comuníquese este acuerdo al Comité Olímpico Nacional y a Luis Alberto Soto Gómez
