Acta de la sesión número 75, Artículo número 6, Acuerdo número 1: tener por conocida la renuncia de Luis Soto Gómez, en el cargo que desempeñó como representante del Comité Olímpico Nacional ante el Consejo Nacional del Deporte y la Recreación a partir del 19 de octubre del 2007. Solicitar a la Secretaría General del Consejo de Gobierno, diligenciar ante el Comité Olimpico Nacional el envío de la terna a que hace referencia el artículo 8 de la Ley 7800, para el nombramiento del sustituto correspondiente. Asimismo, dada la fecha del memorial que contiene la renuncia y la fecha en que es comunicada al Consejo de Gobierno, solicitar a Luis Soto Gómez ratifique la fecha a partir de la cuál hará efectiva esa renuncia
